Job Description

Main Job Duties:

  • Greet visitors and create a welcoming environment.
  • Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner
  • Manage communication including emails and phone calls
  • Format Word documents and create PowerPoint presentations as needed
  • Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail
  • Maintain and order office supplies
  • Receive invoices and review for accuracy
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations as needed

Job Requirements

  • 1-3 Years of Administration experience
  • Females Only
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Fluency in English is a MUST
  • Attentive to details and Hard worker
  • Eager to learn
  • Maadi residents would be preferable
