Job Description
- Lead and drive Zeina online sale (eCommerce), while managing execution for e-distributors, online platforms & online KAs.
- Provide clear recommendation on how to maximize our categories’ potential & grow Zeina’s online business.
- Define and execute channels’ strategy & plans with regards to customer investment, distribution, sales, promotions & pricing.
- Further build Zeina’s eCommerce touch points across all possible online platforms.
- Make the brand more competitive by identifying customer 4P gaps and opportunities, then proposing corrective actions, promotions & messages.
- Ensure better brand online visibility by leveraging on customers’ banners, thematic campaigns, SEO & SEM.
- Interface with brand team for best content creation & production processes.
- Lead the development and execution of eCommerce calendars & activities plan, while partnering with marketing & trade marketing teams.
- Work on sales forecast, while aligning both business development & trade marketing teams.
- Partner with supply chain, demand planning and sales together with e-customers to ensure sales forecast accuracy & customer service levels KPIS are met.
- Accountable to deliver eCommerce sales targets.
- Ensure a broadly-based positive business relationship across customers, while building excellent customer relationships on an individual basis.
Job Requirements
- University/Higher education degree/Bachelor degree
- From 2-6 years of experience in eCommerce field
- Essential to have a good understanding of the eCommerce landscape, with a proven track record in driving sales growth with key strategy & plans
- Significant sales & marketing management experience

- Budget & Trade investment management
- Working experience in digital agencies or eCommerce companies is a plus
