Job Description
- Responsible for the daily analysis of the operators
- Following up on daily basis on the main customer accounts for the Company
- The focal point between the Business team and the Products team as well as aligning with the technical team for any new updates related to the services.
- Following up with the operators and finance team and acting as the focal point between both of them
- Following up with the Existing customers to check for any issues or concerns & getting any ideas from them.
- Working on data analysis & presentation for the monthly reviews
- Preparing weekly reports
- Working on any new services requests & following up with the products team to gather the requirements.
Job Requirements
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
- Experience 3-4 yrs. in business development
- Proven experience in business development
- Proven experience in working with reports
- Proven Experience in MS office ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint,…ETC)
- Very good Communication skills
- Customer oriented
- Stress Handling
- Details oriented
- Problem solving skills
- Very good team spirit
- Very good command of English
