Project Manager

Main Job Duties:

• Determine project structure and labor requirements and assign tasks
• Plan the build process which comprises of several stages to meet deadlines
• Monitor each phase completion according to time schedule, budget and contract terms, and conditions
• Manage and monitor handing over the site to contractors after mobilization, and start-up construction
• Monitor and evaluate contractors and report feedback to management for necessary decision
• Monitor work progress through setting benchmarks and follow-up to ensure that every stage is completed properly
• Review forecasts and changes, and manage the scope meticulously to avoid going over budget
• Investigate potentially serious situations and take corrective actions
• Ensure that tasks are delegated effectively and staff remain motivated to complete the project to high standards
• Inspect and review work to monitor compliance with building and safety codes and other regulations
• Deal with problems results of delays, bad weather, or emergencies at the construction site
• Perform preliminary handling over the project without observations
• Final handling over the project after warranty period completion
