Job Description
- Identify and qualify different transportation sector clients, starting with B2B, approaching them via cold calling, emailing, physical and online meeting etc. of formal business communication.
- Develop and conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations, as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients.
- Nutrition of the sales pipeline with more clients to achieve the targets in co-ordination with the relevant teams. [Operations & Product]
- Partner with Sales Manager to forecast and prepare business plan and strategy.
- Achieve sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and client relationships to secure profitable business and increase market share
- Provide & follow up on quotations to new clients.
- Handle the deal process since lead generated till deal closure.
- Identify client challenges; develop and implement solutions to create opportunities & maximize satisfaction in cooperation with Marketing, Product & Operations Teams.
- Support and convert clients to completely utilize the web-based solutions for shipping.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a service and transportation selling environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics or related field.
- Prior C-Level presentation experience, financial acumen, and strong organizational skills are preferred.
- Sales life cycle experience—from lead generation through business closing.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with different personality types.
- A high level of proficiency in English is a must
- Solid communication and presentation skills are mandatory
