Job Description
- Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Processes: coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, interviewing applicants, administering pre-employment tests, and performing reference checks.
- Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
- New Hire Orientation: Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
- Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed
- Preparing and updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
- Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval
- Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints.
- HR Development: conducting training sessions, administering on-the-job training programs, evaluating the effectiveness of training programs, and maintaining records of employee participation in all training and development programs
- Assist in performance management processes
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in the Business/Management or any relevant field
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
- Familiarity with full cycle recruiting
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
