Job Description
- Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, software upgrading and repair on designated equipment.
- Completing Preventative Maintenance on time & properly based on the check list belongs to each equipment model.
- Ordering spare parts and managing shorter downtime of repair & minimum repeated calls.
- Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs, technical reports submission, and internal service records in a timely manner.
- Identifying and participating in sales opportunities such as new contracts, contract renewals and solution sales
Job Requirements
- Skilled engineer in instruments and laboratory routine maintenance and services
- Bachelor’s degree, Electronics Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Experience in instruments services ( preferred laboratory equipment )
- High level of technical knowledge of electronic/electrical component.
- Excellent knowledge of schematics reading, fault finding and electronics diagnostic
- Excellent knowledge of using measurement and calibrators devices multi meters, oscilloscopes,
- Excellent knowledge in reading components datasheet and check compatibility and replacement.
- Troubleshooting & technical diagnosis for laboratory equipment
- Proficient level of computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
- Strong time management skills.
- Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills
- Ability to multi-task activities with shifting priorities. Able to work productively in a pressurized environment.
