Job Description
- Apply and develop specific marketing tactics that build on consumer and customer insight to deliver overall brands objectives.
- Develop leadership skills through management of multi-function teams in execution of brand strategies.
- Develop executive annual brand strategies and marketing plan.
- Lead cross-functional teams in execution and accomplishment of brand objectives.
- Provide business analysis/insight into development of brand strategies in support of brand franchise.
- Product planning, pricing and positioning, in addition to interfacing with all organizations within the business to deliver efficient growth and profitability.
- Work with company development deliver a winning product strategy and plan with business development around strategic partnership and technology alliances.
Job Requirements
- BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field
- From 7-12 years experience in a major FMCG industry.
- Experience in marketing analysis.
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics, and processing figures with spreadsheets
