Job Description
Food processing facility located in Beni Sweif (Head office in 6th of October) is hiring a Quality Section Head. The following qualifications is required:
- He will be responsible for maintaining and improving quality of product and process through the factory.
Job Requirements
Formal Education Required
- Bachelor degree in Science - or Bachelor degree in Engineering (Agriculture Engineer, Chemistry, biology, microbiology, Industrial Egineer, Production Engineer)
- Proven advanced knowledge in quality is a must (e.g. Six Sigma Green Belt or TQM certificates)
- Experience in building and implementing a quality system is a must
- Being certified quality auditor is a plus
- Previous experience in Food Processing is a plus
Related Work Experience:
- Proven work Experience in track of quality and food safety (4-5 years), with total (7-9) years of professional experience. (Age: 28-32)
- Proven Work Experience in food industry (pickling industry or vegetables processing is preferred)
- Proven Experience in BRC implementation is preferred (either as a leader or key team member in implementation project)
- Having a knowledge base of Food safety standards (BRC, ISO 22000, HACCP) is a must
- ISO/ HACCP certification is preferred
- Six sigma green belt is a plus
- Enthusiastic to lead a change in a challenging environment
