Job Description
- Deal with donors and explain all MEK programs and projects to direct their donations.
- Make thankyou calls and follow-up calls to all donors as well as informing them with the new campaigns and projects in the foundation,
- establishes a good relationship with the donors to increase donations.
- sends short messages to current or potential clients to promote MEK campaigns & projects .
- Update all customers data on the CRM program.
- Prepares periodic reports (weekly - monthly - quarterly) that reflect the progress of the workflow, including his own assessment of the existing situation and any deviations from the plan and his recommendations for the necessary corrective measures, and he presents the results to his line manager in a timely manner.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- From 2 - 3 years of experience in call center ,
- Understands call center supporting functions role (QC, WFM )
- MS office
