Job Description
- Responsible internally for the implementation of the ERP system.
- Designs report options and/or data extracts for use by individual and/or department users for the purpose of providing information customized to meet specific needs.
- Provide technical assistance and support for issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Provide training for the different departments on the system and available tools to be used.
- Instruct the employees on the use of ERP information systems (S.A.P, new applications, upgrades, updates, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring proper and efficient use of the system.
- Performs a full range of system administration functions for the purpose of controlling systems and attaining maximum utilization and efficiency.
- Acting as the first line of support to our key users after the system implementation.
- Tracks incidents in the system. Troubleshoots technical issues. Provides support via phone, email, and face-to-face in a timely manner.
- Documenting the business process on a weekly basis.
- Creating and customizing reports.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a manager working on (S.A.P) System.
- Experience in working as IT support capacity with software applications.
- Ability to work with different departments.
- Ability to provide training in both English and Arabic.
