Job Description
Job Title: Inbound Tourism Manager
Department:Leisure Tourism
Responsibilities
- Manage the team to ensure
- Prompt replies to requests received according to Company standards
- Effective proposals that will encourage maximum materialization
- Efficient execution to all confirmed business we handle
- Work closely with Department Head of Tourism, to support achieving assigned targets and objectives of the Department.
- Manage work distribution effectively addressing overload of some team members versus others.
- Represent company professionally with suppliers and customers
- Work closely with other Departments ensuring that common goals of the organization are achieved through proper teamwork.
- Ensure the accuracy, quality and promptness of paper work of the department in accordance to the policies and procedures of the Organization
- Maintain a productive working relationship with all Suppliers in order to guarantee competitive rates and fast confirmations which will support materialization of business.
- Maintain good relationship with our B2B customers and partners and build on their loyalty to our company
- Investigates all client complaints and address them promptly and in accordance to company standards. To train Excel Travel inbound & corporate staff on operation standard and quality service.
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to address issues and listen to concerns.
Job Requirements
- 10+ Years of experience in Hospitality industry
- Fluent English. French and Spanish is a great asset
- Always looking to add on more responsibilities, becoming more and more of a cornerstone of the business.
- Demonstrates drive to succeed, passion and ambition.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Broad understanding of Egypt as a destination.
- Strong customer focus with excellent communication skills.
- Team Player.
- Selling skills.
- Good knowledge of costing / operations system.
- Ability to work accurately, methodically and under pressure within a team environment.
- Must handle confidential information in a discreet manner.
- Adapt to change where required example new technologies / new cycles etc.
