Job Description
- Supervising and motivating salespeople and promoting and encouraging strategies to sell cars and other vehicles.
- Organizing schedules, training, interviewing, hiring, and setting goals
- Set sales goals, track progress, and lead the team to achieve and exceed those quotas
- Coordinate and lead all regular sales meetings with the sales staff
- Maintain a strong focus on the satisfaction of all customers
Job Requirements
- Min 5 years experience in selling tires in the Egyptian market. (passenger cars, light trucks and trucks /busses)
- Cairo based.
- Have means of transportation.
- Ready to cover territories all over Egypt.
- To deal with Dealers and Commercial users.
- Computer Knowledge
- English language is a plus
- Hard working to cover his area and achieve targets
