Job Description
- Study new projects tenders and propose a cost study model.
- Define assumptions, constraints & risk factors with area managers.
- Cooperate with different business units’ operation teams to design a cost-effective operation, plan to minimize cost, and increase the profitability of new projects.
- Negotiate suppliers & subcontractors to get the best offers.
- Revise the proposal with contractual, finance, and project departments.
- Studying client specifications and requirements, focusing on potential clients’ requirements
- Cost estimation to create P&L study, Cash flow with analysis for cost elements.
- Negotiate customers with required scope changes.
- Study additional work requirements and provide cost breakdown and propose selling price.
- Prepare technical proposals.
- Collect cost of required tools & materials from the procurement department.
- Prepare presentations to the clients about the business unit's capabilities.
- Follow the pipeline updates & support in solving problems facing any of the team members.
Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelor of Electrical Engineering
Personal Skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office productivity tools.
- Excellent communications, presentations, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent command of the English language.
Technical Skills
- Excellent pre-sales technical skills.
- Excellent English and Arabic Business and Technical writing skills
- Excellent practical experience in UPS, DCS, PVS, and Control Systems in general
