Developing and continuously improving import/export processes to ensure customer standards and guidelines are consistently executed.
Preparing daily documentation for customs process, reviewing needed documents to obtain approval for customs clearance .
Following up on shipment progress, preparing daily update reports and sharing updates with the customer.
Keeping updated records and registry for all import certificates, related POs, invoices and payment receipts .
Handling customs inspection with Custom authorities' and executing all supply chain procedures for import & export shipments
Preparing all necessary import/export documents (certificates, invoices and official receipts) and reviewing all other costs to ensure matching freight invoice value with approved rates.
Regularly communicating with customer team to maintain and develop trust and a strong working relationship between the customer and the company to increase company share of customer's Air freight and Sea freight shipments.

Good knowledge of customs clearance, requested documents and approvals needed to release foodstuff shipments
Good communication, customer service and negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure
