Quadra Tech is seeking an experienced Senior Cisco Collaboration Presales Engineer to join its Presales Team!
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing the portfolio of the Cisco collaboration products from the Presales perspective.
- Designing the desired solutions as per the customer requests and needs along with the current set up at the customer side, depending on the preferred architecture of Cisco collaboration.
- Responsible for the solution design during the bid life cycle including bid assessment, bid management, design and analysis, design to cost, and proposal texting.
- Collect and analyze all pertinent data essential for understanding clients requirements
- Deliver HLD based on customer needs.
- Provide consultancy services to the customers about current solutions and future ones.
- Provide a high level of technical support to the customer.
Job Requirements
- 3-7 Years of Experience in the same field and same position.
- Full awareness of Cisco standards and solutions.
- Full awareness of Cisco call center.
- Full awareness of WebEx solutions.
- Full awareness of Cisco Meeting Server (CMS).
- CCIE certificate is a must.
- CCDE certificate is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
