Job Description

  • Arrange business meetings with prospects and lead on the process all the way to achieving sales targets.
  • Manage relationships with partners and ensuring seamless collaboration of the business.
  • Strategically uncover new sales opportunities using business, social and legislative changes in the market and industry.
  • Keep and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements.
  • Lead the Sales team efficiently.
  • Leading, organizing and executing events, and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Supervise creation of database for robust CRM.
  • Provide distinguished studies, technicals submittals, and financial proposals in tenders.
  • Ensure the prospect company receives a continues, high-quality, well-written response.
  • Submit plans, monthly reports, and quarter evaluation for the achievements.
  • Monitor Client’s A/R and involve in the collection process.
  • Maintain contact with Consultants when necessary.
  • Conduct in-person meetings with key managers to senior-level executives, to prospective clients.
  • Study the site and solve problems and obstacles before implementation.
  • Make effective use of all marketing capabilities.
  • Follow-up on leads generated by old staff.

Job Requirements

  • Proven working experience as a Sales manager/executive.
  • Experience in heavy machines is a MUST.
  • Experience in construction and building material is highly preferred.
  • Proven sales track and successful initiatives record.
  • Fluent English language skills (reading, writing and Speaking).
  • Market knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
  • High ability to build business rapport to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Time management and planning skills.
  • BSc/BA in business administration or engineering are preferable.
