Job Description
Procurement Planning & Development Department:
- The department is responsible for planning, development and pricing of direct material. As we seek optimization of company expenses regarding direct material acquisition and responsible for continuous improvement of suppliers capability along with purchased items.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Analyze design change requests to meet part requirements with the highest efficiency rate.
- Setup new mold, inspect products to ensure mold efficiency or detect problems in order to secure quality products.
- Prepare standards, schedules and supervise molds' mechanical maintenance, carry out a range of mechanical tests and analyses of machines, components and materials.
- Oversee daily operations, set-ups, troubleshooting and PMs of the Injection/Press molding machines.
- Determine efficient utilization of resources by analyzing layouts, labor force & equipment.
- Recommend and improve manufacturing processes and methods for cost reduction (Process Control and Asset Management)
- Develop and maintain reports to assess procurement department performance.
- Prepare weekly & monthly reports and analysis to reflect business status.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering (Mechanical is preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in Mechanical Parts development/Mold Management.
- Very Good in English.
- Continuous improvement.
- Problem-solving skills.
