Job Description
- Assign collection tasks to the team & review it on regular basis
- Develop plans aim to improve the collection volume.
- Solve closed cards inquires directed by the customer service to the department
- Follow up banks payments regarding closed cards to send payments orders.
- Transferring defaulters to the Legal Affairs Department.
- Follow up on emails sent from companies for closing the cards.
- Submit all required reports regarding closed cards
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any related field
- 3 - 5 years of experience
- Good Knowledge of computer & Microsoft office
- Very Good of English
- Excellent Communication and negotiating skills
- Leadership
- Presentation skills
- Decision Making & Problem solving
