Job Description

  • Oversee recruitment section and plan recruitment strategies.  
  • Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance.
  • Keep track of recruiting metrics.
  • Research the best job advertising techniques.
  • Review recruitment methods and suggest the best option for company needs.
  • Recommend ways to improve our employer brand.
  • Coordinate with department managers and executive to forecast future hiring needs.
  • Participate in job fairs and career events.
  • Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners.

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or a related field is required.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as Recruitment manger or consultant.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Experience with (phone, online and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation. 
  • Self Motived and Creative.
  • Previous experience in Start-ups is a plus.
