Job Description
- Oversee recruitment section and plan recruitment strategies.
- Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance.
- Keep track of recruiting metrics.
- Research the best job advertising techniques.
- Review recruitment methods and suggest the best option for company needs.
- Recommend ways to improve our employer brand.
- Coordinate with department managers and executive to forecast future hiring needs.
- Participate in job fairs and career events.
- Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or a related field is required.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Recruitment manger or consultant.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Experience with (phone, online and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation.
- Self Motived and Creative.
- Previous experience in Start-ups is a plus.
