Job Description
- Acquire and manage new client relationships ( B2B and B2C )
- Identify, evaluate and develop new business avenues in Egypt.
- Responsible for developing relationships with our clients, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; research and recommend new opportunities.
- Follow up and manage client inquiry up to successful award of contract.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Close sales and communicate received info to the concerned teams for service delivery.
Job Requirements
- Worked before in an Architecture or a Design firm is a MUST.
- Proven work experience as Sales or Business Development executive in previous design firms.
- Experience in Corporate Sales (Selling to companies).
- Proven record of achieving quota .
- Hands-On experience with sales techniques like cold calling.
- Knowledge of Marketing and Business Strategies.
- Knowledge of construction.
- Has a strong technical background allowing the holder of this position to discuss technicalities with current and/or potential clients.
- Photoshop experience is a plus
- The ideal candidate will have established a network of professionals and buyers within the industry.
- Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
- The candidate should have the minimum communication tools and skills for the job.
- Fluent in English
- Very Good communication skills and presentation skills.
- Presentable.
