Job Description
- Work with the Business Development team to socialize future growth opportunities with clients early in the process, ideating around a growth roadmap at the client level.
- Propose new and creative approaches to retaining, upselling, and cross-selling customers and converting leads into growth.
- Work on the growth hacking funnel and use nontraditional ways for maximizing customer acquisition.
- Execute brand marketing campaigns effectively.
- Develop a metrics tracking plan, ideate around future growth opportunities, and prioritize key features and tests.
- Act as an ambassador of the client’s business goals and expectations throughout the project process internally.
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to the client and the relationship externally.
- Create additional value by expanding engagement scope and identifying new opportunities for our clients, while considering financial impact, risks, and market trends.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of marketing experience in a similar role with a solid track record of success.
- Strong experience in Growth Hacking, Social Media/ Viral Marketing, managing demand generation & the customer acquisition funnel and performance marketing.
- Deep experience in SEO, SEM, and digital advertising.
- Experience building trust and partnerships with interdisciplinary teams and external clients and their stakeholders.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
