Job Description
- Understand a company’s business, technology, and information systems.
- Oversee information security audits, whether performed by organization or third-party personnel.
- Assess current technology architecture for vulnerabilities, weaknesses and for possible upgrades or improvement.
- Suggesting and designing proper security controls across the organization infrastructure (Networks, Systems, Databases…), Software applications, end points….
- Implement and oversee technological upgrades, improvements, and major changes to the information security environment.
- Communicate information security goals and new RFPs Requirements effectively with other department managers within the organization.
- Review Penetration testing findings, vulnerability management program output….
- Responsible for the execution, monitoring of the Risk Management frameworks activities.
- Maintaining the compliance against Infosec related standards and regulations (ISO 27001, PCI and GDPR)
- Research and assess security systems and authentication protocols
- Assess and design security measures for cloud services, DevOps, and any new technology or direction the organization may take.
- Identify and assess security integration and compatibility issues
- Provide technical support to the security GRC team
- Implement and maintain security policies and procedures
- Oversee security awareness programs related to admins
- Review and direct the physical security for office and recommended measures in 3rd party datacenter.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Certificates SANS, CISSP, CEH or any other recognized Security certificates are highly preferred
- 6-8 years' experience in different aspects of information security
- A strong working knowledge of current IT risks, security implementations, networks, Infrastructure and software applications.
- Audit experience is preferred.
- The ability to interact with a wide range of people from different backgrounds.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, teaching, problem-solving, smooth communication with people from different backgrounds.
