Job Description
- التنسيق مع قسم التخطيط على تفاصيل الشغل من حيث الناحية الفنية للعمل ومن حيث تصاريح الدخول والتركيب
- التأكد من الحصول على الطريقة المناسبة للتركيب من المهندس الفنى وتوصيلها لفرد التركيب مع مسئول التجهيز بالمصنع
- التنسيق مع الإدارات المعنية لتوفير الأفراد المتخصصة من ( كهربائى - فنى بلاستيك )
- التنسيق مع مسئول حركة السيارات النقل من وجود السيارة المناسبة لكل شغلانة وتوقيت وصلولها
- التأكد من تسليم الشغل عن طريق الصور والفيديوهات وإرسالها للإقسام المعنية ( التخطيط والتسويق )
- التأكد من توفير العدد الازمة للتركيب وعمل جرد شهرى على العدد الموجودة بالقسم
- عمل تقييم شهرى لأفراد التركيبات وعمل خطه لرفع كفاءتهم
- أختيار افراد التركيبات بمايتناسب مع المهام المطلوبة لكل عملية
- Coordination with the planning department on the details of the work from a technical point of view In terms of entry and installation permits, and the person responsible for receiving the work inside the branches.
- Ensure that the appropriate method of installation is obtained from the technical engineer and that it is delivered to the installation individual with the factory’s processing official.
- Coordination with the concerned departments to provide specialized personnel for each job (electrician & plastic technician.
- Coordination with the transport official in terms of the presence of the appropriate vehicle for each occupation and the timing of its arrival.
- Ensure that the required work is delivered through photos or videos and sends them to the (Planning & Marketing) departments.
- Ensure that the necessary number of fixtures is provided and make a monthly inventory of the number And observing their commitment to the uniform of the department .
- Selection of installation personnel in proportion to the tasks required for each occupation .
- Follow-up personnel of the fixtures throughout the day and work to solve problems and make a monthly evaluation of the personnel of the fixtures
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Applied Arts or Bachelor of Engineering or Labor Society
- Experience (5-7 Years in Managing the installations Department, whether metal or wooden fittings
- knowledge in the use of (CorelDraw - Autocad - Photoshop - SolidWorks) .
- Good English language
- Computer skills ( Word & Excel & PowerPoint & Email )
- Knowledge of technical operations and productivity
- High ability to contain the problems.
