Job Description

  • Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary / follow up with supply chain for procurement needed.
  • Filter, call applicants who applying for vacant positions in addition to maintain required data.
  • Filter company webpage and respond to customers inquires.
  • Provide administrative support to assist colleagues whenever necessary .
  • Deal with  customers in addition to meeting and greeting visitors at all levels.
  • Arrange meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms and Reservation of train tickets when needed.
  • Act as the point of contact between the manager ,employees and internal/external clients.
  • Draft correspondence, coordinate sending courier to company’s offices , Office maintenance, manage inquiries, requests, and handling them when appropriate.
  • Collect employees attendance through calculating lateness points.
  • Draft, format, print and photocopy and file appropriate documents as needed

Job Requirements

  • University Degree
  • Excellent communications & presentation skills
  • English Language must be upper intermediate.
  • 1 to 3 years experience in administrative work.
  • Female preferred
