Job Description
- Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary / follow up with supply chain for procurement needed.
- Filter, call applicants who applying for vacant positions in addition to maintain required data.
- Filter company webpage and respond to customers inquires.
- Provide administrative support to assist colleagues whenever necessary .
- Deal with customers in addition to meeting and greeting visitors at all levels.
- Arrange meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms and Reservation of train tickets when needed.
- Act as the point of contact between the manager ,employees and internal/external clients.
- Draft correspondence, coordinate sending courier to company’s offices , Office maintenance, manage inquiries, requests, and handling them when appropriate.
- Collect employees attendance through calculating lateness points.
- Draft, format, print and photocopy and file appropriate documents as needed
Job Requirements
- University Degree
- Excellent communications & presentation skills
- English Language must be upper intermediate.
- 1 to 3 years experience in administrative work.
- Female preferred
