Job Description
- Carry out all tests regarding the following new incoming devices:-
- HPLC
- DSC
- IR spectrum
- NSA
- Microscope
- Issue all COA of Raw materials and inserting data in RMQ when the access will be activated.
- Follow up of all acceptance & statistical test done by the technician in RM & Chemical Lab.
- Issue SOPs of all Experiments done in RM & Chemical Lab.
- Review of MSDS of all materials & update them. The issue & review date of each should not be later than Jan2018 (validation 2 years)
- Follow up of the following documentations:-
- follow up of R.M (traceability)
- weekly check of concentration of Anti adhesive of batch off of the five lines in mixer
- weekly check of % sulfur transformation (Blooming) for both compound & fabric
- weekly check of RM ware house.
- Follow up of Solution room solutions analysis.
- Follow up of calibration & repair of all devices in RM & Chemical Lab. by co-operation with maintenance responsibilities.
Job Requirements
- BSc. Degree of Science University Major Special Chemistry OR chemistry/physics ONLY
- Fresh Graduates of 2020 or 2019 or 2018 ONLY
- Excellent English Commands both spoken & written
- Excellent User of Ms. Office
- Ability to work with high accuracy & attention to details
- Ability to work individually & with team
- Ability to manage workload & stress
- Male gender with final exemption military status ONLY
