Job Description
- Timely partner payouts as per activities launched during the quarter following Vendor & Aptec compliance procedures which involves validation of results, finance approval etc. Maintain & file signed acknowledgment receipt
- Claiming marketing funds on time as per internal procedure and vendor guidelines. Reporting claims status fortnightly per vendor (claim book) .
- Preparations for exhibitions together with other team members. Monitoring and reporting results of marketing activities (attendance, feedback, cost, ROI). Helping in planning & execution of marketing activities for some vendors as maybe the case. Maintaining MAF register .
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in a marketing position with an international company
- Should have ability to prioritize, multi task & meet strict deadlines
- Good communication & negotiation skills.
- A fluent command of spoken & written English is a must.
- Good knowledge of excel
