Job Description

  • Managing the work of the service center and directing it to the departments in accordance with the repair orders, expressing technical opinion and assisting in making repair and accident assessments.
  • Follow up the procedures and steps carried out for repair and maintenance operations in accordance with the technical specifications specified in the maintenance work guide and technical bulletins, through the implementation of the company's policy.
  •  Follow up and ensure that the supervisor and technicians understand their tasks and follow the specified repair steps and their use of the tools and workshop equipment, and that the spare parts that have been dispensed have already been installed in the vehicle.
  • Follow up with those in charge of the business to take what is necessary to maintain the number and equipment of the workshop and the cars that are under repair and take care of the personal tasks of the technicians (overalls, safety, helmets, etc.),
  • Ensure that the safety and security instructions are followed during the use of the available equipment in repair and the methods of disposal of all kinds of waste.
  • Supervising and following-up on the procedures and steps of work in the center and providing the required technical support.
  • Encouraging the employees of the service center and urging them to innovate and make any suggestions to improve the service work at the center.
  • Proposed work for the training programs required to complete to raise the competence of the center’s employees and make the appropriate nominations for them according to the new requirements.
  • Follow-up of the monthly inventory report of lost spare parts that appear during work, as well as the expected need, according to the maintenance plan and the circulating faults.
  • Commitment to implementing the instructions related to occupational safety and health, maintaining the implementation of their policies, and supervising the implementation.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Engineering - Auto Mechanics.
  • Experience at least 10 years.
  • Age not more than 45 years.
