Job Description

  • Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
  • Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property
  • Maintain contact with clients to have opening to discuss future business prospects
  • Making appointments to meet new and existing customers.
  • Understanding customers’ needs.
  • Handling the selling process including approaching, showing and closing.
  • Negotiating prices, contracts and payments.
  • Advising customers about delivery schedules.
  • Keeping in contact with existing customers in person and by telephone.
  • Reporting sales trends to your employer.
  • Provide periodic reports to company management on sales operations using CRM systems
  • Participate in seminars, conferences, and events to improve on existing job knowledge and expand personal network.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Have a car is a plus
  • Previous experience in Real Estate is a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
  • Good appearance.
  • Very good command of spoken and written English.
  • 6th of October, Zayed City and nearby locations residents.
