Job Description

  • Develop & structure the supply chain department.
  • Develop supply chain policies and procedures.
  • Direct all aspects of supply chain activities (Demand & planning, logistics, and inventory)
  • Develop the supply chain strategy in line with the organization’s overall strategy.
  • Develop budgets and resource plans; monitor performance to achieve part delivery and cost requirements.
  • Assess performance indicators and take appropriate actions to ensure schedule, cost, and quality goals are met.
  • Leads the development and design of new work processes initiatives in the supply chain area
  • Leads and directs the implementation of newly developed work processes.
  • Commitment with all supply chain members to support continuing improvements in quality, cost, and delivery performance.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions in a timely manner.
  • Set inventory policy and design inventory management tools to minimize stock-holdings and maximize available working capital.
  • Identify demand forecast risks and develop effective mitigation plans.
  • Develop a demand plan based on business trends and demand patterns.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot demand related issues in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist in developing annual budgets and cost-effectiveness initiatives.
  • Schedule forecast review meetings with management on regular basis.
  • Maintain demand planning processes to improve forecast accuracy.
  • Manage sales support & operation and conduct the KPI’s based on management directions.
  • Assist in employee recruitment, performance evaluation, promotion, coaching & retention activities.
  • Update forecasts for new products, seasonal products, discounts, promotions.
  • Monitor operational performance and prepare written reports to the Management Director explaining the effectiveness of the supply chain process and any recommendations for improvement.
  • Create policies or procedures for logistics activities.
  • Manage logistics operation to ensure achievement of cost, productivity, accuracy, or timeliness objectives.

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of B.S Degree, preferable a higher /post-graduate degree in a relevant area, and or Supply Chain Diploma certificate.
  • Min 10 years of experience with a relevant concept, minimum of 5 years experience in supply chain management preferable in distribution sector & telecommunication or electronics field.
  • Very Good command of English language spoken and written.
