Job Description

Job Responsibilities :

  • Developing and managing financial systems and regulations and monitoring its implementation
  • Undertaking strategic analysis and assists in strategic planning in order to achieve the management goals
  • Prepare company internal controls that helps in maintaining enhanced financial supervision and procedures and the job description of each employee
  • Prepare budgets and managing its implementation
  • Auditing the contracts with third parties from the financial aspects
  • Monitor the registration of fixed assets and its end of year physical count
  • Monitor the Inventory controls and Its procedures and end of year physical count
  • Approving all Journal entries
  • Monitor the process of recording and summarizing in the financial books and records and its correctness
  • Preparing monthly financial reports and submitting it to management
  • Prepare yearly financial statements and end of year closing and its related reports
  • Monitor or prepare the different tax reports ( yearly income taxes, Value added taxes ) and paying and submitting it before its deadlines
  • Audit and approve all expenditures concerning suppliers, employees, and advances according the limits stated in the company financial policy and procedures
  • Maintain company cashflow and different proper channels of financing
  • Maintain all company dealing with banks concerning credit strategies, overdrafts, loans, letter of guarantees, or deposits
  • Monitor the receivables collection process of the company whether it is done in a timely manner according to the company  policies and procedures
  • Monitor company expenditures and its adherence to budget and finding means to reducing costs and enhancing operations

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
  • Postgraduate studies will be a plus
  • Minimum 10 to 13 years of experience in accounting or finance
  • About 5 years of experience in the same position will be a plus
  • Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information
  • Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners
  • Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Knowledge of financial reporting and data mining tools and ERP systems
  • Strong demonstrated the use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
