Job Description

  • Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the company encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty.
  • Investigate customer's problems and find solutions
  • Resolve complaints and order issues.
  • Plan & supervise the day-to-day handover activities to customers.
  • Manage the customer “snag list” i.e. comments, requests and address them through proper communication, follow up, coordination and escalation with the related departments.
  • Handle project Consolidation requests and sensitive customer based projects.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly /quarterly reports to Senior Management.
  • Ensuring professional relationships are established and maintained with clients
  • Communicating with the concerned parties regarding each of the client’s inquiries and complaints then feedback the clients
  • Develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all the company's products and services
  • Develop business with existing and new market segments and special prospects through personal and direct sales.
  • Define & develop different market segments in assigned areas and set a plan for penetration.

Job Requirements

  • Experience Needed:10 To 15 Years  (construction or oil and gas experience preferred)
  • Career Level:  Manager
  • Education Level: Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Communication and negotiation skills
