Job Description
- Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the company encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty.
- Investigate customer's problems and find solutions
- Resolve complaints and order issues.
- Plan & supervise the day-to-day handover activities to customers.
- Manage the customer “snag list” i.e. comments, requests and address them through proper communication, follow up, coordination and escalation with the related departments.
- Handle project Consolidation requests and sensitive customer based projects.
- Prepare weekly/monthly /quarterly reports to Senior Management.
- Ensuring professional relationships are established and maintained with clients
- Communicating with the concerned parties regarding each of the client’s inquiries and complaints then feedback the clients
- Develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all the company's products and services
- Develop business with existing and new market segments and special prospects through personal and direct sales.
- Define & develop different market segments in assigned areas and set a plan for penetration.
Job Requirements
- Experience Needed:10 To 15 Years (construction or oil and gas experience preferred)
- Career Level: Manager
- Education Level: Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Communication and negotiation skills
