Job Description
- Assess volume requirements against planning assumptions
- Day-to-day order management and management of deliveries
- Understand and manage risks to minimize impact on production schedule
- Take follow up actions in relation to material shortages that affect production
- Implement all processes to agreed standards and targets and support continuous improvement initiatives and identify areas of improvement
- Ensuring materials meet specifications, quality standards, and are cost-efficient.
- Tracking Sales volume and monitoring customer demand patterns and purchasing trends.
- Scheduling and overseeing the supply and delivery of materials and products.
- Liaising with customers, suppliers, and distributors.
- Preparing cost estimates and performance reports.
- Report, follow-up and control of non-conformity material, deviations and cancellations.
- Tracking of Material delivery at different stages
- Arrange and follow up with logistic service providers (material delivery, dismantle and return)
Job Requirements
- B.S. degree in Commerce preferred Accounting
- 4-5 years of experience in material planning
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent in English
