Job Description
Main objective:
To protect company's revenues and profits to achieve full financial control and sustainable growth.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage financial staff in all cash management, investments, insurance, budgeting, and financial reporting, helping to drive the company’s financial strategy and hiring needs.
- Create and develop the annual operating, capital, and program budgets, and report in case of any deviation.
- Provide strategic plans to enhance financial performance and business opportunities.
- Propose action plans to ensure that annual financial objectives are attained
- Assess company performance (Divisions) against annual budget & company’s strategy
- Maintain speed and accuracy of all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost accounting, Inventory accounting and revenue recognition
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
- Review and develop the financial policies and procedures to maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
- Ensure credibility of Finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts.
- Review monthly financial statements
- Follow up month-end and year-end close process
- Ensure that all tax return like (profit tax, VAT tax, payroll tax …etc.) are reviewed well to deliver them on time with full responsibilities of any delay & its consequences.
- Development of cash flow planning & ensure availability of funds as needed
- Follow up on the debit balance periodically, follow up & ensure that all statements have been covered on time to avoid penalties.
- Prepare feasibility studies for any new project or new business line.
- Represent the company to any financial partner such as investors, financial institutions, auditors and governmental affairs.
Job Requirements
Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelor degree in accounting, finance or related field, MBA holder is preferable.
- Preferable to have minimum of 12 – 15 years of experience
- CPA/CIMA/CMA is an extra advantage
- Must have experience in Automotive industry
- Proven experience as a group finance manager

- Proficient experience in taxes, lending cost and importing.
