Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Devise technical training programs according to organizational requirements
- Produce training schedules and agenda
- Determine course content according to objectives
- Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets etc.)
- Deliver training sessions, workshops etc. in groups or individually
- Arrange for and conduct on-site training when needed
- Keep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues etc.
- Observe and evaluate results of training programs
- Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements
- Handle training courses on the Learning Management System (upload, update, create learning plans…etc
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- A minimum of 1 year of proven experience as an English Instructor
- Experience in delivering Soft Skills and Technical training.
- Fluent English
- Impressive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Solid knowledge of the latest corporate training techniques
- Experience in designing course content from scratch according to request
- Ability to address training needs with complete courses
- Working knowledge in MS Office (especially PowerPoint)
- Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowds
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
