Job Description
- Ability to test for , track and resolve problems.
- Infrastructure documentations & Event reporting capabilities .
- Generating & maintaining tickets and follow up to responsible team.
- Monitoring of computers & system performance .
- Enforcing hospitals policies .
- Providing Tickets documentation & updating as needed.
- Reporting tickets status to key stockholders.
- Monitoring network performance & troubleshoot problem areas as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or Computer Science
- Males only.
- 1-3 years of experience at least one year of technical qualification related to office IT, Infrastructure , OS, Data Base .
- Excellent knowledge in Microsoft office (Excel, word, outlook).
- Fluent in English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- CCNA is plus .
- MCSA is plus .
- Knowledge of various operating system including windows , Linux , Unix.
