Job Description

  • Receive assigned new requisitions from the Recruitment Section Head to start the coordination process to fill new vacancies’ requirements, by meeting with the Line Managers to collect the required information about the needed total vacancies and agree on vacancies closures deadlines. Also collecting information and understanding properly the main job requirements in order to screen the right caliber in accordance with the organization role profiles.
  •  Act as an effective member of the recruitment team members to fill the new assigned managerial vacancies of the new project as distributed by the Recruitment section Head.
  •  Follow up on a regular basis with the recruitment team members to collect recommended candidates' recommendations to ensure vacancies' requirements will be delivered on the requested deadlines then referring recommended candidates' applications collected from the recruitment team members to the agreed technical interviewers and coordinate technical interviews appointments with the recommended candidates for these vacancies, also perform reference and background checks on applicants.
  • Screen, conduct competence-based HR interviews with Managers to fill the new vacancies on a managerial level.
  • Search, screen and filter candidate's resumes through Company recruitment various channels including Company database, WUZZUF and reference Ads.
  •  Proceed for Requesting the package proposal advice for the selected candidates for each requirement from the Recruitment Section Head in alignment with company approved salary structure and refer it for final approval from the stakeholder.
  • Present the approved job offers proposals to the accepted candidates and negotiate the job offers to succeed in obtaining candidates, then preparing and issuing the hiring approval for each candidate upon his job offer acceptance and refer hired candidate's hiring documents to the Recruitment Section Head for signature.
  • Respond to hired candidates' inquiries to assist them in finalizing their hiring documents in order to ensure they are starting onboard based on the agreed starting date.
  • Maintain the recruitment Status Report on a weekly basis to ensure the monthly vacancies’ requirement report is registered and updated.
  • Generate and submit progress/status reports on a regular basis to stake holders and the Recruitment Section Head to ensure projects’ requirements are monitored, updated and delivered.
  • Coordinate and responsible for the renewal of different recruitment websites and maintain beneficial business relationships on a regular basis.
  • Attend weekly / monthly progress meetings with the recruitment section head as well as project managers.
  • Supervise, mentor and coach newly-assigned junior staff members in areas such as Recruitment policies and procedures, communicating with line managers and employees, fulfilling external staff demands, maintaining and updating HR Information Systems and report generation.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • HR diploma or certificate is a plus
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Good understanding of the full recruitment process.
  • Ability to plan and organize work in an efficient manner.
