Job Description
- Shall be in contact person with clients
- Plans and coordinates events activities (seminars, meetings, conferences…etc)
- Makes recommendations for resolution of problems and works out solutions with the team
- Resolves conflicts, and provides recommendations on the various aspects associated with conferences, seminars, or meetings including transportation, lodging, catering, and interpretation/translation requirements
- Maintain events checklist
- Adjusts work schedule, as needed, to support and attend after-hours or weekend events or meetings.
- Performs all correspondences required (emails, letters, calls..etc)
- Other duties as assigned.
