- Follow up customers via CRM or direct contact via telephone or e-mail.
- Scheduling the visits with interested customers.
- Determine the client’s needs and financial capabilities to propose solutions that fit them through the company's projects.
- Visit the company's projects with the customers and explain their different features.
- Negotiate with customers to complete the sales process.
- Follow-up and communication with the customer service department to finalize the sales procedures.
- Attracting new customers through old customers and looking for new sales opportunities.
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
- Promote sales through advertising on open real estate services sites.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports to the supervisor/sales team leader.
- Provide monthly reports on the situation of the real estate market, indicating the marketing status of the competitor's companies and their level.
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
