Job Description
- Support of sales processes with new leads and build Pipeline.
- Introducing the organization's products or services to customers in order to follow up
with further steps of the sales process. - Initiating repeated orders by follow-up phone calls after the customers' purchases.
- Carrying out market research on how to address customers.
- Preparation of sales reports and caparisons of competitors' offer conditions.
- Cold call people using a given phone directory to sell products or solicit donations.
- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers.
- Prepare scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits.
- Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements.
- Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how our services meet their needs.
- Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a Zoho system and CRM to keep records of calls and sales and record useful information.
- Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation.
Job Requirements
Requirements
- 2 Years' experience as a Tele Marketing representative in ERP or Software field.
- Track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone
systems - Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Good Command in English in both skills written and speaking
- Good verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good listening, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to resolve issues and
address complaints - BSc/BA degree or equivalent
