- Managing around 8 sales representatives.
- Providing training for the team.
- Solving a problems for reps and merchants.
- Deposit and settlement for every sales rep.
- Sending Market situation to the sales manager.
- Sending installation plan to sales support.
- Performing audits and reviews the sales representatives’ tasks.
- Weekly visit to merchants.
- Daily following up the sales plan (value target, visit target).
- Sending reports (maintenance, replacement, advertising material, spear parts) to the sales support. Sending reports about competitors of all area and regional.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree.
- Communicating effectively with high negotiation and persuasion skills
- Excellent leadership skills
- Experience in E-payment is preferred.
