Looking for results-driven, obsessive about hunting new opportunities, and strongly committed sales account manager to be part of the company fast-growing sales team.
The candidate will be responsible for managing current accounts and acquiring new customers in the field of industrial instrumentation.
Job Role:
- Maintain current customers' satisfaction and increase the sales with existing accounts.
- Acquire new customers in specific industries.
- Market analysis about upcoming projects and important opportunities.
- Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and site surveys.
- Analyze customer requirements and/or tender specs.
- Guide the proposal engineer while developing the offer.
- Negotiate commercial and delivery terms.
- Weekly & monthly reporting about activities and achievements.
- Meet and over-achieve his/her KPIs and goals.
- Utilize company CRM and Sales Automation system for updating deals status, generating reports, and monitoring running opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Mechatronic, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or similar field
- Min 3 years experience in similar position and similar sector.
- Results-oriented and sharp focused on achieving goals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fast learner and willing to always expand his technical and sales skills.
- Can work under stress and for long hours if needed.
- Good knowledge but prefer previous experience in measurement technologies: flow, level, pressure, temperature, liquid analysis and gas analysis.
- Knowledge about industrial control, PLC, Scada, and panel accessories (circuit breakers, relays, power supply, ...)
- Very good in utilizing word, excel and powerpoint.
- Very good in English (speaking, reading and writing).
