Job Description
- Design shop drawings for installation works and submit them for approval by project consultant/client before execution.
- Prepare cutting lists with required quantities and specifications.
- Prepare all shop drawings needed for execution for onsite and offsite works, and edit drawings according to changes brought by projects’ technical supervision.
- Quantifying the quantities of the drawings.
- Manage all technical communications with relevant parties.
- Implement technical office policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with other trades to solve any technical conflict that might arise.
- Coordinate with the site engineer to provide him with any site measurement required.
- Review as-built drawings for invoicing
- Participate in solving/report any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise before or during installation to management for discussion and proper solving.
Job Requirements
- 1-4 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree: Architecture bachelor’s degree.
- AutoCAD
- Males Only
- Shop drawing is a must
- MS office
- Sketchup
- 3D Max
- Good computer skills
