Sales Supervisor (FMCG - Assiut)

Responsible  for leading the daily activities and productivity of the Retail Sales Team. Ensures Retail Sales is complying with sales goals and meeting strategic objectives.

• Achieves the distribution and coverage objectives by brand as per company objectives.
• Management of distributors’ relationship including handling objections.
• Achieves the collection targets as per the payment terms.
• Monitors the stock and managing the distributor working capital and controlling the distributor investment.
• Monitors calls, provide feedback to reps and assist reps on sales %.
• Assists the Sales Manager in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives, encourages and train the sales team and managing the daily operation to achieve the company goals.
• Achieves the monthly 1sales in and sales out targets for the assigned area and distributors.
