Job Description
- Prepare quality reports in relation to the sales content issued by the sales team
- Follow up the implementation of the company's standards and policies in sales calls and offers
- Conduct a survey with customers to measure the customer satisfaction.
- Analyze the results of customer surveys and generate reports to address problems and solutions
- Listen monthly calls for the agents to make sure that quality standards are delivered.
- Make an investigation when it needed.
- Prepare reports for different departments or upper management
