Development of technical specifications for all technical services and spare parts to meet functional requirements.
Directing the technical and showroom sales representatives to expand business at the level of new customers and local geographic expansion in line with the company’s strategy and expansion goals.
Responsible for devolving all car care services, including car wash, oil change, tires alignment, battery check and all technical and maintenance offered services.
Preparing budgets and sales plans for automotive tires & battery market, including annual forecasts for sales and their distributions according to regions and customers, in accordance with the company’s strategic and annual business plans.
Analyzing the movement of competitors in the Egyptian market from price offers and products, developing relationships with future customers.
Supervise technical tests to ensure proper technical implementations.
Issue work order accomplishment including spare parts \ sellable items.
Support area managers in any assigned tasks upon request.
Establishing Training Academy to prepare skilled talented staff while keep developing & motivating them.
Work with vendors and parts suppliers to ensure quality and price competitiveness.
Coach & build second line successors for development roles & talent pool.

Bachelor's degree with Automotive, Spare Parts, or Car Care Services background.
7-10 Years experience in a manager or supervisory role.
Retail background in showrooms.
