Job Description
- Map Human Capital People Processes Life Cycle
- Conduct periodic training sessions and educate the Human Capital team on process partnerships
- Overall responsibility for the governance of HC processes, process maps, documentation, knowledgebase documentation
- Ensure design methodology, approvals, version control, change control and documentation are standardized and consistently applied
- Support Human Capital in the delivery of improvement projects
- Lead the delivery of HR Calendar events
- Review operational performance, seeking effectiveness and efficiency improvements through innovation and continuous improvement
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline
- Spoken and written Arabic and English is required
- Computer literate and familiar with database maintenance
