Resale Senior Property Consultant

About the Job:

• Looking for an ambitious and hard-worker agent to work at one of the top Real Estate brokerage company all over Egypt.
• Working with the top developers in the real estate market in Egypt specialized in  (RESALE ) for over than 200 projects in (New Cairo, New Capital, Mostakbel , 6th October, North Coast, Ain El Sokhna )

Job Duties :

• Understanding your customer's needs.
• Sending the client’s CIL to the admin on time
• Arrange Meeting appointments to meet new and existing customers.
• Making presentations to promote new products and special deals.
• Contact potential clients through calls, emails, etc. to offer them properties all over Egypt.
• Generate leads through referrals, emails, phone calls as well as direct visits.
• Achieve sales targets set by the company.
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters.
• Prepare and present business proposals to convince clients and secure selling properties in projects around Egypt.
• Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
• Carry out all the required functions assigned by the direct manager
