Job Description
- Implementing quality assurance policies and procedures
- Performing routine inspections
- Identifying workflow and issues
- Ensure that standards and safety regulations are observed
- Address and discuss issues and proposed solutions with superiors
- Document quality assurance activities and create audit reports
- Make recommendations for improvement
- Create & review operating manuals
- Interpret, build upon, and comply with company quality assurance standards
- Carefully maintain complaint and nonconformance processing through records and tracking systems, including root cause and corrective actions
- Develop new standards for production and design, with improvements as needed, and create testing protocols for implementation across all service lines
- Pursue continuing education on new solutions, technologies, and skills
- Assist operations in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels as well as corporate social responsibility (CSR), environmental, and health and safety goals/KPIs
- Analyze and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure resolution in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements
- Develop or update company procedures to ensure capture, investigation, and proper documentation of complaints
- Monitor risk-management procedures, and maintain problem logs for identifying and reporting issues to management and product development
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Scientific and practical college) science, computer science or engineering and equivalent experience
- proven work experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or similar role.
- Min. experience 2 years
- Courses ( ISO 9001:2015/KPI's/Internal Audit /ISO 45001,ISO 14001)
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must be Cooperative, understanding and proactive.
- Highly dedicated and committed (getting the required work done perfectly and on time)
- Excellent data collection and analysis skills
- Superb computer competence, including database management.
- Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools.
- Research and development ability to get the best solutions and proposals.
- Demonstrated knowledge of testing best practices, version control practices, and defect management practices.
