Job Description
- Coordination of the uniform & textile production process
- Determine schedules according to customer orders
- Monitor the implementation of the uniform & textile production plan as well as make adjustments to it as needed
- Analyzing and determining the requirements of the production process of materials and workers
- Inventory management and making plans to avoid shortage
- Monitor production and ensure the quality of the final product
- Analyze production constraints and develop plans to overcome them
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports
- Reporting and contributing to solving any problems or difficulties impeding the production process
- Planning, Monitoring, Coaching, Counseling and disciplining employees
- Archiving production documents
Job Requirements
- Holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts or a suitable high qualification
- Proficiency in working on the computer
- It is preferred for those with previous experience in textile factories
